FAQs

  • Think “euphoria” meets “Good for Ya” and you’ve got it.

  • GÜDPHORIA has teamed up with a family farm on 15,000 acres in Central Oregon. Historically, used as a monoculture wheat farm, we are working to bring both a hemp production facility and regenerative farming practices to the land.

We are starting small while setting the foundations for exponential growth. In 2022, we will begin to process hemp for other farms in the area. We will also plant our first hemp test crops utilizing regenerative farming practices.

  • At GÜDPHORIA, we’re dedicated to using hemp, regenerative farming, and technology to actively combat climate change. As a black and women-owned company, we respect the full range of experience and diversity of our staff and partners, and work to tap into these experiences to create a company that is comfortable, transparent, and empathetic as well as inclusive. We are committed to employing and empowering traditionally marginalized groups and people including and certainly not limited to: Womxn, BIPOC, Latinx, AAPI,LGBTQIA, Immigrants/Dreamers, people of all or no faiths or denominations.

Creativity is at our core and we encourage open communication and testing hypotheses in order to develop unique solutions to the planet’s most pressing challenges.

We respect & protect our environment. Utilizing regenerative farming techniques we ensure the soil we grow on is left better than we found it, and we work towards hemp-based solutions for many of the earth’s ecological and economic problems.

  • Hemp has been used around the world for thousands of years as a part of daily life. It has proven itself to be a plant with numerous beneficial uses. Every acre of hemp grown sequesters 11,000 lbs of carbon from the atmosphere per growth cycle. It’s the perfect crop to regenerate the soil, sequester carbon, and begin to combat climate change

  • Industrial hemp is hemp that is grown for its fiber content instead of other types of hemp that are grown for psychoactive THC properties or non-psychoactive CBD properties. This hemp can be used for manufacturing and processing a number of different products, instead of for medicinal or recreational uses. We plan to incorporate both industrial hemp and hemp for CBD.

Industrial hemp can be used to create insulation, animal feed, bioplastics, flooring, batteries, hempcrete (alternative to concrete) and so much more!

  • Regenerative farming, or regenerative agriculture, utilizes sustainable farming methods that prioritize land conservation and rehabilitation. There are a number of practices, such as grazing, reducing tilling, and using compost, that when used together can improve soil quality and help the earth.
